Hugong ductile iron die head with Hugong steel marking features excellent wear resistance, high temperature resistance, stable threading performance and high precision. The cutting blade is made of carbon steel with sharp cutting edge and great heat resistance, enabling fast pipe cutting to save time and labor, and the consumables are replaceable. Triangular scrapers and conical scraper heads are made of alloy steel, which can easily remove burrs. The front and rear rotating chucks can lock round pipes. When powered on, the motor drives the chuck to rotate, facilitating threading, cutting and trimming operations.
