Made of M42 bi-metal material, it smoothly cuts various materials without jamming. Adopting bidirectional quenching and tempering technology with fine double-sided grinding and polishing, the saw band features great durability and excellent toughness.
The backing of the saw band is made of special high-flexibility spring steel, which lays the foundation for high performance and long service life of the saw blade. It adopts imported raw materials; the high-performance tooth part is M42 material with hardness up to 68 HRC. It delivers smoother cutting surfaces, consumes less saw band, and the backing resists cracking for longer service life. The 1cm thick sealed tooth-protecting belt safeguards every single saw tooth.
